I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in Experimental Psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. My bachelor's degree was in Psychology and Comparative Literature, from the Hebrew University as well. I am curious about diverse topics such as cognitive control, emotion regulation and unconscious learning, and happy to discover new research directions in Nurit's lab.

Dr. Rotem Avital-Cohen

Postdoctoral Researcher

Postdoctoral fellow at the department of psychology, The Open University of Israel.
She received her PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Tel Aviv University in 2018. Her dissertation focused on top-down effects in the processing of irrelevant stimuli.
She is interested mainly in visual attention, cognitive control, and visual working memory.
